THE 3 STAR ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Seborreductyl — The specialised sebum-regulating active ingredient in this formula. Its role is to help normalise sebum production on the scalp, targeting the underlying cause of oily hair rather than simply addressing the symptoms. It contains components such as sulphopeptides and amino acids, which help regulate sebum secretion. It also contains B vitamins, which help inhibit lipogenesis, and allantoin, which moisturises, softens and soothes the skin.
Red Onion Extract — The red onion variety is particularly rich in quercetin. In this shampoo, sulphur plays the leading role, providing a purifying action against excess sebum. Quercetin also helps improve the appearance of the scalp by stimulating microcirculation. It is a key haircare ingredient throughout the Nuggela & Sulé range.
Marine Glycogen (Glycoenergizer Hair) — An active ingredient extracted from mollusc membranes, one of nature’s most powerful energy sources. It provides an extra boost of glycogen to help energise fragile, brittle hair. Glycogen supplies the energy needed for hair growth, particularly during the anagen (growth) phase.
