R&D and FORMULATION
A space where tradition and science work together. Our R&D team investigates the real needs of hair and scalp, combining traditional remedies, cosmetic expertise, and the latest market trends.
Formulas are designed using state-of-the-art concepts, with careful attention to ingredient selection and the perfect balance between efficacy, sensory experience, and tolerance.
Before reaching the consumer, prototypes undergo stability testing, packaging compatibility assessments, and external tests such as Challenge Test and Patch Test, ensuring their safety.
MANUFACTURING: from formula to final product
Each formula is transformed into a finished product through a precise process of mixing and batch control, in which every detail is monitored to ensure optimal results.
Manufacturing is carried out in reactors of different capacities, with each stage of the process carefully controlled to ensure consistency and the same level of quality in every unit.
Packaging is adapted to each format (bottles, ampoules, jars) and, in the case of bulk manufacturing, filling is performed under sterile laminar airflow to guarantee maximum hygiene and safety.
QUALITY CONTROL
Nothing is released without being tested, validated, and optimised.
Our quality control process verifies every stage of production: from raw materials, through manufacturing, to the final product.
We carry out physico-chemical controls and microbiological testing, ensuring that every product meets the most stringent standards before reaching the market.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND GOOD PRACTICE
All our products strictly comply with European Cosmetic legislation (Regulation (EC) nº 1223/2009).
We prepare the Product Information File (PIF) and notify each formula through the European Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP).

WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS
Logistics management is carried out through an operator with extensive experience in integrated logistics processes.
Their logistics centres comply with all applicable regulations for storage, order preparation, and reverse logistics, ensuring product quality and traceability.
THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTION
In our laboratory, we also develop formulas for third parties, applying the same standards of rigour and excellence. We support brands and projects in the creation of tailor-made hair care products, from formula design, ingredient selection, and packaging, through to validation and final product definition, always under strict quality standards and in full compliance with current cosmetic regulations.
