USER INFORMATION

NUGGELA & SULÉ S.L., hereinafter referred to as the Controller, is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data and hereby informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

To respond to requests for information and the provision of services, maintaining a commercial relationship with the User.
The processing operations envisaged are as follows:

DATA RETENTION CRITERIA

The data provided will be retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Once that period has ended, the data will be deleted, and appropriate security measures will be taken to ensure either the pseudonymisation or complete destruction of the data, provided there is no outstanding legal obligation requiring its retention.

DATA DISCLOSURE

The personal data provided will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties, not even for storage purposes, unless required by law.

RIGHTS OF THE USER

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict processing, request portability, and exercise the right to be forgotten.
To exercise any of these rights, the data subject must submit the following to the Controller:

  • A photocopy of their ID card or equivalent identification document.
  • A written request specifying the right being exercised.
  • An address for correspondence, along with the date and signature.
  • Supporting documents for the request, where applicable.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the relevant checkboxes and entering data in the fields marked as mandatory in the contact form or any download forms, users expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that the provision of such data is necessary for the service provider to handle their request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The user guarantees that the personal data provided to the Controller is truthful and undertakes to notify any changes to such data.

All data requested through the website is essential to provide the User with an optimal service. If not all the required data is provided, the accuracy and adequacy of the information and services offered cannot be guaranteed.
