– Do I need to register to place an order? –

• Registration is not required, but it is recommended. If you wish to place another order in the future and have already registered, you’ll save time by not having to re-enter your personal details

– What are the delivery charges and timescales? –

• Your order will be delivered to the person and address you specify when placing the order
• By default, your invoice will be sent to the email address you provided when registering on www.nuggelasule.com
• Please note that we do not process or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Any potential delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for cancelling the order or claiming compensation
• If you place your order after 1:00 p.m., it will be prepared and dispatched the following working day
• As a general rule, delivery takes 48 hours for orders within mainland Spain
• An order is considered “delivered” once the courier hands over the parcel and you sign the delivery note. We recommend checking the condition of the parcel upon receipt and noting any issues on the delivery slip

– National Deliveries –

• The delivery cost for mainland Spain (excluding islands) is 4.95€. For orders over 40€, delivery is FREE
• The delivery cost for the Balearic Islands is 8.95€. For orders over 60€, delivery is FREE
• The delivery cost for Ceuta and Melilla is 9.95€. For orders over 60€, delivery is FREE
• The delivery cost for the Canary Islands is 9.95€. For orders over 70€, delivery is FREE

• The delivery cost for Portugal is 8.99€. For orders over 60€, delivery is FREE
